


Giuliano Oliviero played professional soccer for 25 years, was the A-League Rookie of the Year in 1995, and represented Canada internationally on their U-20 Men’s National Team.
Oliviero was also the Head Coach of the Milwaukee Wave, a Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) team based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He led the team to four World Championships, was a three-time finalist for the MASL Coach of the Year, and boasts a career 132-72 win-loss record. During his time leading the Milwaukee Wave, Oliviero also worked for SC Wave, one of Milwaukee’s premier youth clubs, where he won two USYS National Championships as the Girls Academy Director.
He also acted as the Director of Coaching from 2006-2024, where he propelled SC Wave to 50 state championships and led over 250 athletes to Division I college soccer teams.
Liz Lawrence played collegiate soccer at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee under Michael Moynihan and David Nikolic, earning All-Freshman, All-Conference, and Horizon League All-Tournament Team honors. She helped lead the Panthers to multiple Horizon League Championships and NCAA Tournament appearances, finishing as the team’s leading scorer all three years of her career.
From 2017–2023, Liz coached with SC Wave Soccer club, working with youth through high school age groups and serving on the Girls Academy Advisory Panel. She moved to Elmbrook United in 2024, where she currently serves as the Director of Girls Academy Operations, coaches the U14 and U19 Girls Academy teams, and leads the Girls Academy Advisory Panel. Under her leadership, her U13s captured the 2025 USYS Midwest Regional Championship and placed Top 3 at the USYS National Championships.
Elizabeth holds her USSF “C” License and is in the process of completing her U.S. Soccer “B” License. She is passionate about creating a positive, competitive environment that challenges players to grow, compete, and perform at their highest level both on and off the field.

Tenzin Rampa has called Elmbrook United (previously Brookfield SA) home for the past 16 years. As the U11/U12 Technical Director, he worked tirelessly to refine his athletes’ skills and offer more opportunities for development.
Rampa’s coaching prowess extends internationally as he served as the Head Coach for the Tibetan National Team. He also coached Cyprus during the 2007 ELF Cup, Belgium and Portugal during the 2023 CONIFA Asia Cup, and London in the 2025 CONIFA Asia Cup.
Rampa is committed to bolstering his coaching skills and credentials and is currently pursuing his USSF “C” License.
